Jordan Woodstock-Graham
As a FIFA Licensed Football Agent and founder of Master Talent, Jordan Woodstock-Graham is dedicated to helping players reach their full potential through honest, transparent, and relationship-driven career guidance.
Football has always been more than just a game to me. It’s a sport built on ambition, opportunity, resilience and relationships. Those values are what inspired me to become a FIFA Licensed Football Agent and launch Master Talent.
My name is Jordan Woodstock-Graham, and I created Master Talent with a simple goal: to help players navigate their journey with honest advice, genuine support and someone in their corner who truly cares about their success.
I understand that every player’s path is different. Whether you’re an academy player looking for your next opportunity, a non-league player aiming to climb the pyramid, or a young talent trying to break into the professional game, I believe every player deserves guidance, transparency and someone who will advocate for them.
Master Talent isn’t about signing hundreds of players. It’s about building real relationships, understanding individual goals and helping players make the right decisions both on and off the pitch.

Our Process
Understanding how a football agency operates can be daunting for players and their families. At Master Talent, we believe in absolute transparency from day one. Here is the clear, step-by-step journey of how we work together to elevate your career:
Step 1: Application & Assessment
Your entry point.
Fill out our Player Enquiry Form with your details. Our technical scouting team will thoroughly review your playing profile, background, and match footage/highlight videos to assess your potential.
Step 2: Initial Consultation
Getting to know you.
If your profile meets our criteria, we will arrange an initial consultation (either in-person or via an online video call). This is where we discuss your footballing goals, career aspirations, and how we can support your development.
Step 3: Tailored Roadmap & Agreement
Building the foundation.
Once mutual trust is established, we map out a bespoke development pathway unique to your strengths. We then execute a formal written Representation Agreement that is fully transparent and strictly compliant with FIFA and FA regulations.
Step 4: Elite Career Management
The real work begins.
We fully take over the management of your career. This includes securing club trials, utilizing our academy network, handling contract negotiations, and providing dedicated off-pitch mentorship to ensure your long-term success.
